Michael Barsanti: Technology Assistant

Michael Barsanti is originally from Wisconsin, and now lives in Sharon VT. He holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and is a Professor of the Practice at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, artist, Technology Specialist for WRVSU and President of Seven Stars Arts Center in Sharon VT.

Michael has been working as a Technology Specialist at the Sharon School since 1994 when his son Nate attended Sharon Elementary School. “I thoroughly enjoy helping the fabulous faculty, students, administration and staff with continually evolving technologies. Doug Cummings: Night Custodian

Doug Cummings came on board at Sharon during the 2021-2022 school year. Doug previously had spent 30 years working at the Woodstock Inn and Resort in their grounds department. Doug is a Sharon resident and is married with two children. You can reach Doug at dcummings@wrvsu.org.

Linnan Perry: Food Service Manager

Mrs. Perry started working first for the SU in the EEE program, and then in 1999 in Sharon Elementary as a Special Ed para until 2005. In 2005, she became the food service manager for our school. She is certified nationally in the Servsafe program. She is also part of the Vermont Feed program and Vital Communities program food connects. She processes vegetables from the school garden for kids and staff to enjoy. She grew up in Sharon on a dairy farm. Lin has two sons and 4 grandsons. When she is not cooking, she enjoys painting folk art, crafting, gardening, cooking at home, dancing, fishing, spending time with her family, and helping the community. David Whitaker: Custodian

David worked for 12 years at Johnson State College in the SHAPE facility and was the lead man on the floor refinishing crew. David started working for the Supervisory Union in 2010 at Newton School and came to Sharon in 2015 working at Newton and Sharon simultaneously for a while.
