Sharon Elementary is actively seeking a full-time teacher to fill an unexpected void for our sixth-grade students. An ideal candidate would possess a Vermont teaching license, a passion for outdoor and experiential education, and an understanding of Capstone projects. Strong literacy and mathematical instruction are also desired.

Sharon Elementary prides itself on offering a dynamic and joyful learning experience. Teachers are encouraged to take learning beyond the classroom walls by utilizing the Upper Valley’s natural environment and the many educational partnerships that have been created with organizations such as the HOOD Museum, the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, Northern Stage, Hulbert Outdoor Center, the White River Partnership and more.
