LOWER ELEMENTARY TEACHER

The Sharon Elementary School is seeking a dynamic lower elementary teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. A qualified candidate would possess a solid understanding of early-elementary mathematical progression and literacy progression. A candidate with a background in experiential education is preferred. Strong classroom management skills are a must.

Sharon Elementary is located in the beautiful Upper Valley portion of Vermont. It is in close proximity to Lebanon, NH; Woodstock, VT; and Randolph, VT. This area of Vermont offers cultural opportunities such as the Hopkins Center in Hanover, NH and multiple culinary options in the White River Jct., VT, Hanover and West Lebanon, NH. Recreational opportunities are aplenty, with skiing, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking all within a 20-minute drive.

UPPER ELEMENTARY TEACHER

The Sharon Elementary School is seeking an upper elementary classroom teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. A qualified teacher should possess a valid VT elementary teaching license and have a desire for developing engaging experiences for students that include outdoor education, capstone projects, and science and social studies integration. The ideal candidate should also have an understanding of literacy and mathematical development from early to late elementary ages.
